My issue .

I know people have heard it all , from the , "i'm going to loose weight " , to the new diet plans , and also to the false sense of commitment . What I hope to achieve with this blog , is a weight loss of twenty lbs . I will blog about everything I eat and get some tips from those who follow me . I know this journey will not be easy but the results are going to be well worth it .

* i will also include my daily physical exercise regimen .
